mura
A Japanese term (斑) meaning “unevenness; irregularity; lack of uniformity; nonuniformity; inequality.” Mura is a key removal-of-waste concept (along with Muda and Muri) in lean manufacturing that focuses on the reducing the waste of unevenness.
